Our client is the largest and most modern group of poultry meat processing enterprises in Lithuania, which started its activity in 1994 and currently prepares more than 80 tons of meat products daily.
Position: Slaughterer, line operator, warehouse worker
What to do:
Depending on the workshop – transfer/transportation of boxes with products, palletizing, packaging, marking of finished products, preparation of raw materials for heat treatment, etc. poultry slaughter – separation
Requirements:
- No special education required
- Experience in production or warehouse (experience in poultry processing will be an advantage)
- Good physical shape
- Diligence, responsibility
- Compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards
- Desire to learn and develop
Work schedule:
• Depending on the workshop 4 working days/4 days off or 3 working days/3 days off. Some workshops have night shifts.
• Working shift 12 hours, 1.5 hours of free time – breaks.
• 168 working hours per month according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania
• Plus the opportunity to earn extra, work overtime up to 50 hours/month
Salary (net):
• Starting pay – 4.40 €/hour (after three months – from 4.80 €/hour depending on the performance of standards)
• Average monthly salary 820-1300 € (depends on work experience, number of hours worked, performance of standards)
Qualification is determined at an online interview with the employer’s manager
