PRODUCTION WORKER – WOODEN WINDOWS & DOORS FACTORY

A modern Lithuanian manufacturer specializing in high-quality wooden windows and doors is looking for experienced production workers to join its team.
This is a stable, long-term job opportunity with official employment, workplace training and accommodation provided by the employer.
💰 Salary & Working Hours
€6 NET/hour
💶 Approximately €1,020–€1,300 NET per month, depending on the number of hours worked.
⏰ Approximately 170–200 working hours per month.
🛠️ Main Responsibilities
Employees are assigned to different production departments depending on their experience, skills and current production needs.
Your duties may include:
- production and assembly of wooden windows and doors;
- sanding wooden products and preparing surfaces for further processing;
- painting using specialized equipment;
- installation of window and door hardware;
- installation and sealing of insulated glass units;
- processing wooden components using woodworking machinery;
- inspection and quality control of finished products;
- maintaining a clean, organized and safe workplace.

The job involves working in a modern production facility with:
- hand and power tools;
- professional woodworking machinery;
- specialized production equipment.
Employees may be assigned to different production areas depending on the workload and production requirements.

Depending on the assigned production department, employees may work:

📋 Candidate Requirements
We are looking for responsible candidates who meet the following requirements:
- vocational education or professional qualification in a construction-related field;
- relevant professional experience that can be confirmed by documents;
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years;
- English language skills are required;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- responsible attitude towards work;
- willingness to follow workplace safety and quality standards.
