POULTRY PROCESSING PLANT WORKER
📍 Workplace
Kępno, Poland — about 80 km from Wroclaw.
A modern food company specializing in processing and packaging of goose and duck products.
👷 Position
Production line worker
Invites men and women.
💰 Salary
- from €6.04 net/hour — standard rate;
- up to €7.29 net/hour — for candidates up to 26 years old with student status;
- +€0.23/hour — allowance for having your own housing.
Salary is paid to the bank account from the 15th to the 18th day for the previous worked month.
The actual salary depends on the candidate’s status and the number of hours worked.
⏰ Work schedule
- 1 shift, 9–10 hours a day;
- standard schedule — Monday–Friday;
- start time of the shift depends on the production department: approximately 05:00, 06:00 or 08:00;
- work on weekends is possible when there is a large volume of orders;
- there is an opportunity to take additional hours.

Temperature at the production: +2°C to +8°C.

🏭 Main duties
Work is carried out on the production line and may include:
- participation in the process of poultry processing;
- cutting and sorting of products;
- work with wings, legs, carcasses, backs and other parts of the bird;
- preparation of products for further processing;
- packaging of finished products;
- quality control at your site;
- compliance with sanitary norms and safety rules.
🏠 Accommodation
Housing is provided.
Cost:
18 PLN/day ≈ €4.18/day
This is approximately €125 per month for 30 days of living.
The cost of living is deducted from the salary.
Housing is located in the suburbs.
When moving in, you need to have your own bed linen. Blanket and pillows are provided.
If you have your own housing:
- €0.23/hour to the salary.
