Production worker – wind turbine components factory

A modern manufacturing company producing components for wind turbines is looking for production workers to join its team.
This is a great opportunity to work in the renewable energy industry with stable employment, workplace training and accommodation provided by the employer.
💰 Salary & working hours
€6 NET/hour
💶 Approximately €1,020–€1,300 NET per month, depending on the number of hours worked.
⏰ Approximately 170–200 working hours per month.
🏭 Main responsibilities
Employees are assigned to different production departments depending on their skills, experience and current production needs.
📌 Forming Department
Work involves preparing and forming composite components used in wind turbine production.
Main tasks:
- preparation and painting of moulds, manually or using robotic equipment;
- laying fabric and foam sheets according to technical drawings and product specifications;
- sealing products with film or silicone;
- preparation of vacuum systems;
- filling and infusion processes using specialized production equipment;
- cleaning and waxing moulds;
- preparation of moulds for the next production cycle.
📌 Processing Department
This department focuses on the mechanical processing, finishing and preparation of completed components.
Main tasks:
- manual cutting using pneumatic saws;
- drilling with cordless and electric drills;
- grinding and surface preparation;
- manual application of topcoat using rollers and brushes;
- assembly and finishing of manufactured components;
- preparation of finished products for transportation;
- maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
🛠️ Working environment
Employees work with:
- hand tools;
- cordless and electric power tools;
- pneumatic equipment;
- specialized production machinery and equipment.
🦺 Personal protective equipment is provided by the employer and must be used in accordance with workplace safety requirements.
The company provides the necessary introduction and training for production processes and equipment.
⏰ Work schedule
Shift work.
Depending on the assigned department, employees may work morning or afternoon shifts.
Typical production hours are between 06:00 and 24:00.
🌙 During periods of high production demand, the Forming Department may also introduce night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00.
The exact schedule depends on the assigned department and current production needs.
🏠 Accommodation
Accommodation is organized and provided by the employer in a flat or dormitory.
📋 Candidate requirements
We are looking for responsible and motivated candidates who meet the following requirements:
- vocational education or professional qualification in a construction-related field;
- relevant professional experience that can be confirmed by documents;
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years;
- English language skills are required;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures;
- responsible attitude towards work;
- compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
