FISHERY PROCESSING WORKER

Stable work at a modern enterprise for the processing and production of fish products. Accommodation, work clothes and organized transport to the workplace are provided.

💰 Salary

from €6.04 NETTO/hour — standard rate
up to €7.29 NETTO/hour — for candidates up to 26 years old with student status
+€0.23/hour — extra payment for having your own housing

💳 Salary is paid to the bank account from the 15th to the 18th of each month for the previous worked month.

☀️ Day shifts

• shifts are mainly 8, 10 or 12 hours;
• in case of urgent orders, shifts up to 14 hours are possible;
• the start of work depends on the production process: 05:00, 06:00, 06:15, 07:00, 10:00, 12:00 or 14:00;
• the schedule is formed and approved by the enterprise.

• in high season from September to December — 300+ hours per month.

🐟 Responsibilities

Work is distributed across various production processes. Depending on the area, the employee may perform the following tasks:

📌 Preparation and sorting of fish

• sorting of products by type, size and quality;
• weighing and distribution by assortment groups;
• washing of fish;
• removal of damaged products;
• if necessary — cleaning, removal of head, tail and other parts;
• preparation of products for further processing.

📌 Portioning and processing

• dividing products into necessary portions;
• manual weight adjustment;
• placing products in containers and on trays;
• control of the weight of finished products;
• preparation of products for salting, marinating and further processing.

📌 Smoking and heat treatment

• preparation of products for smoking or thermal treatment;
• loading products into equipment;
• control of the processing process;
• cooling of finished products after the completion of the technological process.

📌 Packaging and labeling

• placing finished products in packaging;
• vacuum packaging and heat sealing;
• applying and checking labels;
• visual control of packaging quality;
• checking the tightness of the finished product.
