Work at a modern enterprise for the processing of chicken products and the production of semi-finished products.

💰 SALARY

31.40 PLN gross/hour ≈ €7.29 gross/hour
Average monthly salary – €930 – €1500

Also possible additional bonuses depending on the conditions of a specific project.

The salary is accrued for the actual hours worked.

👷 DUTIES

Depending on the production area, the worker may perform:

• quality control of chicken products;
• work on the production line;
• processing and preparation of products;
• cutting and manual finishing of products;
• packing and marking;
• control of weight and quality of finished products;
• preparation of products for transportation;
• maintenance of production equipment;
• washing of equipment and production inventory;
• performing auxiliary production work.

Most of the processes are automated, so most of the work is not associated with heavy physical labor.

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

Work is mainly carried out in two shifts:

I shift: approximately 05:00–06:00 to 14:00–15:00
II shift: approximately 14:00–15:00 until the end of production.

Night shifts are possible in some production areas. Constant work in only one shift, as a rule, is not provided.

🏠 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided by the employer depending on the project.

• utilities — 310 PLN ≈ €72/month.

Provided free hot meals on the territory of the enterprise.

📚 TRAINING

No work experience required.

Before starting independent work, training is conducted directly at the enterprise:

• workplace;
• production process;
• safety techniques;
• sanitary norms;
• equipment;
• quality standards.

Work experience and knowledge of Polish are not required.

🌡 CONDITIONS AT THE PRODUCTION

Depending on the area, the temperature can be around +5°C – +10°C.

Work is organized in compliance with sanitary requirements and safety rules. Workers are provided with necessary personal protective equipment: work clothes, shoes, gloves, headgear, and protective apron.
